2.4人家族なのですが、4人乗れる大きめのタクシーをホテルに呼んでもらうことができますか？
3.朝食は何時からですか？
4.ツアーに乗るため朝7時くらいにチェックアウトしたいのですが、スーツケースをお昼の12時まで預かってもらうことはできますか？

This is xx made reservation of two rooms for two nights from August 5th.
Let me ask you a few questions.
1. Is there a safety box at each room?
2. There are 4 people in my family, but can you get a bit bigger taxi for 4 people to the hotel?
3. What time does the breakfast start from?
4. We would like to checkout around 7:00 in the morning to join a tour, but can we leave our luggage until noon?
