あれほど注文時にダンボールで梱包して送付してくれと依頼したにもかかわらず、また梱包されずに送付されてきた。添付写真を見れば分かるが、10個ともに外箱が破損している。ドイツamazonは、顧客との約束を破り、信頼を損なった。どうして倉庫部門の担当は梱包せずに送付するのか理解できない。これは日本の顧客への嫌がらせですか?カスタマーセンターと倉庫部門の伝達が全くうまくいってないことを裏付けている。単なる謝罪だけでは済まないし、とにかく業務改善マニュアルを提出してください。

Even though I asked a lot to send the items packed in cardboard boxes, they were sent without packing in cardboard again. As you can see the attatched pictures, all the ten boxes were broken. German Amazon broke the promises with customers and lost their trust. I can't understand why the warehouse department send the items without packaging. Do they make a trouble on purpose to Japanese customers? It proves that the customer center and the warehouse department don't communicate well. It's not enough to get just an apology and I want you to hand in the business improvement manual anyway.
