間違いはありません。
ただ、備考に"Please make the translation as polite as possible."とあるので、「さん」よりは「様」あたりが妥当かと思います。
これ以上は日本語のマナーの話になってしまうので深掘りはしませんが、他の部分ももっと丁寧に言い換えられるかもしれません。
