しかしながらこの商品ですが、発送前に点検した所商品が壊れていたため2016年11月29日にあなたにキャンセルのお願いメールをしました。
そして12月3日にもう一度連絡をし、返金の手続きが完了しています。
迷惑をおかけしたので2ドル上乗せして返金しています。
Amazonのシステムにより配送済にしないと上乗せで返金きないため、一旦配送済みになりました。

However, as I checked this item before sending it was broken, so I sent you an email regarding cancellation on November 29th, 2016.
Also, I contacted you again on December 3rd and refund process had been completed.
As I caused you an inconvenience, I added $2 on refund amount.
