私は英語が苦手なので、電話よりはEメールの方が正しく会話ができます。
私は東京でITコンサルティング会社を経営しています。ハワイ在住ではありません。
私は天体観測が趣味で、先月、Mauna Loaに天体観測に行きました。その時、Makotoから、The Siteの資材が強風で散乱してないか、様子を見てきて欲しいと頼まれました。
今回は、Makotoからは、NOAAの研究者がThe Siteを見たいので、都合が合えば、現地を案内して欲しいと頼まれました。

I'm not good at speaking english so I can tell you with E-mail rather than phone.
I'm running an IT consulting company in Tokyo and I'm not living in Hawaii.
My one of hobby is star watching. Last month I went star watching to Mauna Loa. At the time I was asked by Makoto to look after the materials in The Site whether are mess up or not by the strong wind.
This time I was also asked by Makoto to guide the researchers who work in NOAA to The Site if you have time because they want to see the place.
