・周辺環境が良く、1年の大半を屋外で過ごす事が出来る温暖な気候である高知県において、屋外と日常生活をいかにシームレスにリンク出来るかといった点に重点を置いて設計した。

It was rated highly that comfortable life after retirement by using the characteristics of the site located at high place where it is surrounded by trees and we can see the sea indefinitely is realized by stable design without showing off.
As surrounding environment is good, it was designed by emphasizing how outside and daily life are linked seamlessly in mild Kochi prefecture where people can stay most of the year outside.
