私はあなたから商品を購入しましたが到着した商品が不足しています。
私が契約している転送会社のMYUS.comには現在6個しか商品が到着していません。私は購入した個数は7個です。１個不足しています。
請求書に記載された重さと到着した商品の重さが違います。商品１個分の重さが足りていません。発送した個数を再度確認して私に連絡してください。

I purchased your products, but I found that part of my order is missing.
Only 6 units have been delivered at MYUS.com, the forwarding company that I have the contract with. As I purchased 7 units, one unit is missing.
The total weight of the products that have been delivered does not match with the weight listed on the invoice. The weight of a missing product is short. Please confirm and let me know the number of the products that you shipped. If you have already shipped the missing part, please send me a tracking number for the product.
