After the issues I faced with my car, I will always be doubtful in ever purchasing a used car from a Toyota dealer anywhere in the world as my first time experience was highly disappointing.

Kindly take immediate action against such dealers who are damaging your reputation and also let me know if there is anything you guys can do for me.


I read it in Toyota's electronic service book that they must write me in that book. First two services i've done in Italy and they didn't wrote about that there. The third service I did in Serbia and they wrote that in that service book and there they have explained to me that service book is available and obligatory in the whole Europe.

私は、トヨタの電気サービスの本で読んだのだが、それによると、私に書面を送らねばならないとある。私がイタリアで行った最初の2つのサービスについては、それについてはそこには書いていなかった。セルビアで行った3つ目のサービスに関しては、サービス本に載っており、彼らは、サービス本は全ヨーロッパで手に入れることができ、また開示義務があるということを私に説明してくれた。

間違いはないのですが、もう少し自然な日本語になるよう手直しすれば読みやすくなると思います。
