第１８条（重要事項説明の確認）
本契約の締結にあたり、当幼児園は保護者に対し、園規則・重要事項を定めた「当該年度のABCスクールガイドブック」を事前に渡したこと、及び保護者はその内容を了承した上で、本契約を締結したことを確認します。

本契約成立の証に、本契約書２通を作成し、保護者および当幼児園が記名捺印の上、各々その1通を保有します。

Article 18 (Confirmation of important matter explanation)
