第１４条（損害賠償）
当幼児園は、保育サービスの提供に伴い、当幼児園の責めに帰すべき事由により園児の生命、身体、財産に損害を及ぼしたときは、当幼児園が加入する賠償責任保険の範囲内で保護者に対して、当該責めに帰すべき事由から直接かつ現実に生じた損害を賠償します。

第１５条（相談・苦情の対応）
１　当幼児園は、以下の通り、相談・苦情対応の窓口を設置します。

The 14th Article (Damages)
