Kindly note the defective items (3 itm) can be replaced in the next shipment, whose order is recently placed that is on 30 January 2017
Therefore no need to give the discount this time
But in case if you want the offset balance to be done :-
As the container has been fully filled with the items of current order
Therefore no space for the additional items
Also exporter was ready to replaced the items in this shipment , including this items could also be repaired easily as exporter was ready to send the tools
But this can not be happen this time due to which exporter has requested to bear the half of the claim amount
Therefore, Please find an attached file of Performa Invoice including the unfavorable counterbalance
2017年1月30日いただきましたご注文での3つの不良品の代替品は次の出荷にて送付させていただきます。
ですので、今回は割引をする必要はありません。
しかし残額を相殺されたいのであればそうしていただいて結構です。
今回のコンテナは現在の注文分で満載となるので、追加の混載の余裕はありません。
輸出者はこの出荷で代替品を送ることができ、かつこの商品は輸出者が道具を発送するのと同じ時期に修理することができます。
しかし、今回はそれは不可能です。なぜなら輸出者がこのクレーム費用の半分を請求しているからです。
