I asked the staff of warehouse about payment terms, the staff said this time it is cash on delivery.

Because products are put in box after doing the tag process at warehouse. Does anyone check the numbers of products delivered into warehouse at there? This manufacture sometimes run out of stock after payment for product is done. Can you ask the manufacturer if they still have stocks or not?
