その条件ですと日本で販路展開するのはかなり厳しいと思います。
日本の小売りの流通システムは少し変わってまして、基本的に大手小売店と取引する場合
我々Distributorと小売店の間に卸問屋が入って小売店に卸すことになるため最低でも仕入れ価格の3倍以上の価格を小売価格にしないと利益が出ません。我々がやる場合は展示会を使って全国の大手小売店に販売していくのは可能ですが、もし条件を変えたくない場合は御社が直接小売店と取引した方がいいと思われます。
