或いは商品はそのままで一部返金、での対応を選んで頂く事が出来ます。

もちろん送り返して頂く送料は私が払います。

一部返金だと商品はそのままで150USDの返金を考えています。

指摘を頂くまで気づいていませんでした。

I checked it and found that the description was my mistake.
I was mistaken with another item.
It is completely my fault.

Therefore I would offer you two options, either getting refund for the full amount and sending it back to me though it would take you some time, or keeping the item and getting refund partially.

Of course I will pay for the cost to send it back.

If you will choose to keep it and get partial refund, I will refund USD$150.

I did not notice my mistake until you pointed it out.
