以上の4案になりますが、今回私が総代理店交渉先を探す方法案を用意したのは、Aとして、支店もしくは子会社の設立検討はしないというお考えであった場合を考慮した為です。
私個人の考えは以前報告した通り以下3点の理由から現状で総代理店を依頼できる企業を見つけることはかなり困難であると考えています。

・現時点で粗利が少なすぎること。
・日本市場においてAのネームブランドがないこと。
・日本で9社目の参入になること

That is all. The reason why I prepared methods to find companies to negotiate general agency with here is that I considered a possibility that A will not consider to launch a branch or an affiliate company.
In my opinion it is very difficult to find a company that will accept general agency because of the three reasons as I reported previously.

・Profit is too small currently
・A does not have a strong brand in the market in Japan
・A is the ninth company that started business in Japan
