他の方はどのように対処しているのか知りませんが、私はこれ以上の英語のやり取りは苦痛です。
どちらにしても今後御社ではお買い物出来そうにありませんので、キャンセルさせて頂きます。

I am so sorry to say that the 3 digital number starting with number 3 is not known.
I dont know how the others deal with this situation but I am afraid that it is hard for me to do exchange in English more than this.
From now then I dont think that there is anyway in which I can buy things from your company so I would like to cancel our deal.
