double letters に関してはスイッチ内部の接触不良やキー根元の破損、またadjoining letters being enteredに関しては入力の際に指が触れてしまっている、又は液体の浸水や導電性の異物の混入などが考えられるそうです
輸送時の衝撃などによりお届けした商品が故障している事が考えられますのでお手数をお掛けしますが返品をして下さい

It seems that NKRO does not involve to the failure at this time. Regarding to the double letters could be contact failure in the switch or has some damage on the bottom of the key. And your finger may touch when you enter, flooding liquids or contamination of some conductive material may cause adjoining letters being entered.
