what do you mean the refund procedure is over? I still show
on Amazon that I am supposed to ship the item back to you. How am I
supposed to ship something back to you that was "never" shipped out in
the first place? Please contact Amazon to have them change the status
that the order was "cancelled" NOT shipped. That's what they have, that
the order was "shipped". I'm just curious what the reason was that you
marked it as "shipped" when it was NEVER shipped in the first place? I
apologize for the harshness, but I am very frustrated with this whole
situation. It has been handled in a very poor way on your part.
