私は、給与についてＮＥＣの了解が得られましたので、次の通り、給与の支払いを実行されるよう、お願いいたします。
１．契約書に基づき、2010年8月から2015年12月までの50万円を、2016年１月に支払う事。
２．今後、毎年、1月から12月までの年間給与10万円を、翌年1月に支払う事。
どうぞ、よろしくお取り計らい願います。
トムさんが11月に来日された時、お会いできることを心より楽しみにしています。

As I got agreement with NEC about my salary, please execute payment of my salary like below.
１． Based on contract, 500 thousand Japanese Yen from August 2010 to December 2015 shall be paid on January 2016.
2. Annually salary 100 thousand Japanese Yen from January to December shall be paid next January.
