トムとの会議について、私は、ＮＥＣの山田氏及びＩＢＭの佐藤氏と、次の通り調整を取りました。

１．トムとの会議は、11月8日（火）に実施したい。
なお、当日のトムの予定を、出来るだけ早く教えてほしい。それにより、具体的な会議の時間をＮＥＣから連絡をする。
２．私の助言に従い、会議には、ＮＥＣ、及び、ＩＢＭの両者が、一緒に参加する。ＮＥＣから、山田氏、加藤氏、ＩＢＭからは、佐藤氏が、参加予定者である。但し、今後、変更もあり得る。
実行力のあるメンバーで、この会議を行いたいと思う。

Ｉ arranged with Mr. Yamada of NEC and Mr. SAto of IBM about the meeting with Tom.

1. We would like to have the meeting with Tom on November 8 (tue).
So, please kindly let us know the schedule of Tom on Nov. 8. According to his schedule, we will inform you the exact time of the meeting from NEC.
2. Both of NEC and IBM will join the meeting by my advice. Mr. Yamada and Mr. Kato from NEC and Mr.Sato from IBM will take part in this meeting. However, it might change in the future. We would like to have the meeting with the members who can execute the result of the meeting.
