Description: Green cloth boards with black lettering on the front cover. Title page is in black with '1952 above The Viking Press - New York' at the bottom of the page. The spine has the the title, author's name, and the publisher's name, respectively, stamped on the spine in black lettering in a red rectangle at the top of the spine. All inside pages are completely clear of markings; 602 pages. This book contains the original "bite" for "bight" error on page 281, line 38.

の文字が上部に、“The Viking Press – New York”が下部に印字されている。背表紙上部の赤の長方形部分内にはタイトル、著者の名前、出版社の名前がそれぞれ黒の字体で書かれている。内側のすべてページは書き込みなしの完全にきれいな状態。全６０２ページ。 ２８１ページの３８行目に”bight” とあるべきところが”bite”が”となっている誤植がある原本。
