"FOB" = "free on board (本船渡し条件)"：売り主が船までの費用等を負担し、船に載った時点で買主側に費用負担や権利が移ります
"EXW" = "EX Works (工場渡し条件)"：輸入側が輸出側の工場まで取りに行くイメージです。
どちらも貿易関係の翻訳時には必須の知識となりますので、憶えておくといいかと思います。
