画像ではなく、トラッキングナンバーを書き出して教えてほしい
こちらの事務所内にあるかどうか調べるのにトラッキングナンバーが必要です。

○○を2点注文してそれぞれ別々に送ってほしいと連絡しましたが
荷物が1つは届いてるのは確認しましたが、もう1つが確認できていない
2点同梱で送ったのでしょうか？

As I'm managing the tracking number of the package that was delivered to the American office, I'd like you to write down and tell me the tracking number, rather than sending an image. Even though I'll look for whether it's at this office or not, I need the tracking number.

I contacted you about wanting you to send the two OO items I ordered separately, however I confirmed the arrival of one of the packages but couldn't confirm the other. Did you send the two together in one package?
