米国の事務所に届いた荷物はトラッキングナンバーで管理しているので
画像ではなく、トラッキングナンバーを書き出して教えてほしい
こちらの事務所内にあるかどうか調べるのにトラッキングナンバーが必要です。
○○を2点注文してそれぞれ別々に送ってほしいと連絡しましたが
荷物が1つは届いてるのは確認しましたが、もう1つが確認できていない
2点同梱で送ったのでしょうか？

The luggage that arrived to the America office is being process using the tracking number so tell me what is the tracking number without sending pictures.
I will confirm in the office if arrived or not so the tracking number is necessaries.
I contacted them and told them to send two of ○○ separated but I I checked and only one of them arrived and haven't been able to confirm the other item.
Did they include the two of them in the shipping?
