返信が遅くなり申し訳ありません。
購入いただいたitemの到着まで時間がかかりすぎているので、現在郵便局に追跡調査の依頼をしているところです。回答まではしばらく時間がかかりそうです。
差し支えなければ１０月１９日までお待ちいたけませんか？もし１０月１９日までに荷物が到着しない場合、または郵便局から連絡がない場合、全額を返金いたします。
もしその後、itemが到着したらお手数ですがお支払をお願い致します。

Sorry for my late reply.
It's taking too long for the item you purchased to arrive, so currently I'm requesting to investigate tracking at the post office. It may take a while till I get reply.
If you don't mind, will you wait till October 19th? If parcel does not arrive by October 19th, or if I do not hear from the post office, I will make full refund.
If item arrives after that, I'm afraid to take your time but please kindly make payment.
