I can read/speak Japanese, so I don't have problems like these, but one time I was asked if I wanted my items in separate bags at the grocery store. When I said "That's ok" (ii desu) they took it as a "please separate them" kind of response when I really didn't need an extra bag at all. This mistake happens a lot in conversation too.

when train stop suddenly for some reasons

Don't really have trouble in daily life.

I went to the doctor 2 times but wasnt getting better, on the third time i went with my wife and she translated that I needed to try a different type of doctor.

私は日本語が読むことも話すこともできるので、このような問題はないが、一度食品店で商品を別の袋に分けるか聞かれた。「イイデス」と言ったら、追加の袋はまったく必要なかったのに「分けてください」という意味にとられてしまった。こういう間違いは会話の中でたくさんあった。

日本語がわからないので、よく日本語を学びに語学トレーニングに通っている。

何かの理由で電車が突然止まるとき

日常生活で特に問題はない。

2回医者のところに行ったが良くならず、3回目のときに妻と一緒に行き、彼女に訳してもらうと、別の科の医者に診てもらわなければいけなかったらしい。
