今日、荷物を発送しました。
郵便局から、中に何が入っているのかを明記しないと「parts used」では商品が発送できないと言われました。
その為、内容品は「parts used(Guitar Knob pickup」と記載してます。
ご希望通りにできずに申し訳ないですが、ご了承ください。

送料を安くするのであれば、他にも配送方法はあります。
ただ、商品をお届けできるのが遅くなってしまいます。
それでもよければ料金を確認しましょうか？

I was told at the post office that they cannot deliver with "parts used", unless what inside the package is not clearly written.
Therefore, I described the contents as "parts used(Guitar Knob pickup" .
I am sorry that I could not do as you suggested but I appreciate your understanding.

There are other ways to send packages to make postage cheaper.
However, it will take more time to deliver.
