商品の配送をした郵便局に破損の報告
現地の郵便局が日本側に連絡

申請をすれば確実に全額が君に返金されます
そして私は君が補償申請をする手間代金として$50を支払います
最終的には○が君に支払われます

I am really sorry about the inconvenience caused because the checking the item's condition was not enough.

I have suggestion about a return and refund. Since I have delivery insurance, I think it the handle is completely damaged, this case will be covered by insurance.

PROCEDURE
・ Taking photos of the damaged parts as a proof.
・ To report a post office which delivered the item to you that it was damaged.
・ The local main post office informs the Japan post.

I am convinced that you will receive a full refund by insurance.
Also I would like to pay you $50 as a compensation.
