Of course we can ship the item to Chili. We did so many times in the past.
We ship all of the items with no shipping fee, but please note that we charge $100 of shipping fee in case we ship items to South America.

Regarding customs duties, we can reduce the amount of the tax by declaring the value of the item lower, and declaring it as a gift.
In case you are lucky, no customs duty would be charged.
But, if we declare the value of the item as 0 dollars, the customs may suspect it, so we do not recommend it.
We will make shipment declaring some certain amount of money.
