Hello,
I forgot to mention in my last message that I haven't ever done a refund/return as a buyer or seller, so I am not entirely sure of the process. It appears that I should start the "Return this item" process, which will then allow you to offer a partial refund. Is that also your understanding, or can you simply issue the refund directly without me starting the return process? Thanks.

先ほどのメッセージで書き忘れていました、バイヤーとしてもセラーとしても返金返品はしたことがありませんので、手続き全般をよくわかっていません。「この商品を返品する」から始めるようで、そこから一部返金ができるようです。そちらもそのように理解されていますか、もしくは私の返品手続きなしに直接ご返金いただけますか？よろしくお願いします。
