Additional info: アメリカから購入した万年筆とボールペンについて、セラーへの問い合わせです。

商品が届きましたが、以下の問題があります。

万年筆のクリップに触るとグラグラ動く。

専用ケースの万年筆を固定する部分の幅が狭いため、
万年筆が入らず固定できない。
この専用ケースはこの万年筆の専用ケースですか？

ボールペンの口金にキズがある。

この問題について私が取るべき対応を教えて下さい。

The product has arrived, but I have the following questions.

The clip of the fountain pen is loose and moves when I touch it.

Since the special case is narrow where it holds the fountain pen,
I cannot put the fountain pen in and hold it still.
Is this case supposed to be for the fountain pen?

The ballpoint pen cap has some scratches on it.

Please let me know more about these problems.
