私たちは以前経験不足によりAmazon様およびお客様に多大な迷惑をおかけしてしまい、長い間Amazonでの販売を停止していました。
しかし、その間私たちは他の販売サイトで販売実績を重ね多くの経験をしました。

Due to a lack previous experience, We caused some trouble customers and Amazon so we had to stop selling through Amazon for long time.
However, we have built up a lot of experience in other sales site and the system which is able to always satisfy our customers.
