当方からの出荷時には、写真の通り凹みはありませんでしたので郵便事故だと思います。
当商品には保険をかけてますので、お手数ですが、商品を最寄りの郵便局に持っていっていただきダメージレポートを提出いただけますでしょうか。
その際、商品は郵便局に預けることになりますので私への返送は不要になります。
お手数をおかけして大変申し訳ありません。ご対応いただき保険が適用されましたらお礼として$20支払わせていただきます。
