その生き物の数などを調査しながら、子供たちと田んぼに行き、子供が農業や生き物、食べ物に興味が持てるようにし、学習につなげます
お店に来たときに、食材に興味を持ってもらいたい
調理くずや食べ残しをリサイクルして肥料にして、畑や田圃に還元することで、食べ物やエネルギーがリサイクルされる環境を地域で作っていること、この循環を子供達に感じてもらえることをバックボーンとして持っているのが、我々の会社です

Days of now are different from yore when we use much chemical fertilizer.
And many creatures come back to rice paddies.
I research the number of the creatures and go to rice paddies with children.
I make them get interested in agriculture, creatures and food.
Then I link it to learning.
When they come to our shops, I would like to get interested in ingredients.
Our company policy is as follows;
We make environments, where foods and energies are recycled by making fertilizer from rest of cooking and leftovers and returning to vegetables or rice fields, in local.
We make children feel this cycle.
