Once you receive an order through Amazon's system and you can find it in your Seller Account under "Orders" - "Manage orders", it means Buyer's credit/debit card was verified and the funds are reserved to be charged at the moment you confirm shipment of the order. In such cases orders are not fraud ones. Order is considered to be a fraud one in case there has been just a "Sold, ship now" email sent and the order is not present in Seller Account.
