アパートの契約書の署名ですが，⑴ PDFに直接電子署名をしたもの，(2) 一度プリントアウトし，署名後，スキャンしたものの2種類を本メールに添付致しました。契約書に直筆で署名しておりませんが，問題はないでしょうか？
