追加注文分の合計金額を教えて下さい。すぐに送金手続きを行いますのでよろしくお願いします。それおとお願いがあるのですが、追加注文も合わせてインボイスを一つにまとめていただけないでしょうか？そうすれば輸入手数料を削減できて大変助かります。また、A商品の入ったパレットは、20ft.コンテナの方に入れていただけるとHazmat手数料を削減できてありがたいです。

I would very much appreciate it if you would put the pallet with A into the 20ft. container so that I could save Hazmat handling fee.
