「X」と言うバンドが日本でツアーを行うので、その“共演（ジョイント）バンド”として、出演すると言う提案です。

もし、あなたの都合が付くなら、Xのツアーの共演バンドとして、ブッキングします。
まだ他のバンドには声をかけていないので、早めに返事をもらえたら有難いです。

The timing and locations which I am visiting would change according to the tour plans, so I'll get in touch with you.

As I still have some issues to discuss with the tour organizer, could you wait for me for another week?

I would like to plan the Live Tour as best as it can get.

If it is fine with you, I would like to do a booking as the co-star band for X's tour.
As they have not approached other bands yet, I would be thankful if you can confirm this soonest.
