発送後に2週間経過後に追跡結果の検索、そしてお客様へのフォローメールを配信。
2週間たって反映がない場合は配送状況の調査をかけます。
調査結果で紛失が判明した場合は、速やかにEMSにて再発送します。
EMSは3-7日ほどで到着するので配達期限内に全ての商品を到着させることができます
また、お客様のご希望によっては再発送せずに即座に返金いたします。
今後以上の対応策を順守することをお約束いたします

We search the tracking result and deliver the follow email to the customer after two weeks after the shipment.
When there is no reflection after two weeks pass, we make an investigation into the delivery situation.
When the loss becomes clear in the investigation, we will send it out again by EMS immediately.
We can let all the products arrive within the delivery time limit as the EMS arrives in approximately 3-7 days; or we refund it immediately without sending it out again depending on the wish of the customer.
We promise to observe the above-mentioned countermeasure in future.
