We have never received any message from You side asking for support or information about a LAMBO15A.

Our procedure for damaged models needs an email where the customer introduces his problem with pictures and explanation and our customer service will help him to solve the situation .



BTW , now You model is here and fortunately we haven’t had to pay any fees for custom declaration . ( this is the reason why we don’t accept parcels sent without a touch in advance )
