Microsoft's rivals claim that the company is not good at innovation and has a poor track record for creating software from scratch. Mike Zisman, vice president, corporate strategy, IBM, and former CEO of Lotus (a long time Microsoft rival) observed, while still at Lotus: 'I don't worry about Microsoft.
