４月中の契約更新の予定ですが、契約条件を下げざるを得ない状況です。
つきましては、契約更新に必要なIRS LETTERの取得と郵送をお願いします。
参考のために前回取得のIRS LETTERを添付しました。
誠にお手数とは存じますが、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

For this reason, would you obtain and send IRS Letter that is necessary for renewing the contract?
