第２条（秘密の報告及び帰属）
１．前条による秘密事項を第三者に開示もしくは漏洩しないものとします。
２．秘密情報について、その創出又は得喪に関わった場合には直ちに貴社に報告致します。
３．秘密情報については、私がその秘密の形成、創出に関わった場合であっても、貴社業務上作成したものであることを確認し、当該秘密の帰属が貴社にあることを確認致します。また当該秘密情報について私に帰属する一切の権利を貴社に譲渡し、その権利が私に帰属する旨の主張を致しません。

Article 2 (Report and attribution of confidential information)
1. I shall not disclose or divulge the above confidential matters to any third party
2. I will report immediately to your company in case I am involved in creation and acquisition of confidential information.
3. Regarding confidential information, I confirm that it is created associated to perform duties for your company and that such confidential information belongs to your company even in case that I am involved in the formation and the creation of such secret. I will hand over to your company any rights concerning such confidential information belongs to me and I will not claim that such rights belong to me.
