今回は、300ctnsで様子を見ます。この商品に何か問題があれば契約書の通り責任を取って下さいね。最短のブッキングと到着日を教えて下さい。私達は日本の倉庫で商品が到着次第お客様と確認します。今回のパッケージの破れの件は、商品が到着してから話をしましょう。確認ですが今回袋のメーカーは変えていますよね？カートンボックスが多めに余っていればコンテナに入れといて下さい
We will see how it goes with 300ctn order. If there is any issue with products, we expect you to take a responsibility per our contract. Please check and advise the shortest booking date and ETA. As soon as the products arrive at a warehouse in Japan, we will inspect them with our customer. Regarding the packing torn issue, we will discuss after the products arrive. To be sure, have you changed the supplier of the packaging bag? If there are extra carton boxes left, please put them into a container as well.
