私は日本でツイッターツールを開発し、現在２０名以上のユーザーが使っています。
このツールではプロキシを大量に使用します。
各ユーザーが使うプロキシは、私が一括して御社のプロキシを購入しています。
ツールは私が所有するサーバーで動作しており、サーバーの台数はまもなく１０台を超えます。
そのため、御社に許可されたＩＰアドレス数を増やしたいのです。
または、ＩＰアドレスを登録せずに使用する事は出来ますか？
弊社は今後も、御社のプロキシを利用し続ける予定です。

The tool operates using servers that belong to myself, and in the near future, I intend to increase the number of servers to more than ten.
In order to do that, I would like to increase the number of IP addresses that I have been given permission to use by your company.
Alternatively, would it be possible for me to do this without registering more IP addresses?
My company intends to continue using your company's proxies in the future.
