まず、電波が受信可能かどうかをご確認くください。(説明書P110)
リューズの下のところのボタンを先のとがったもので1回押して、秒針が10秒であれば受信できます。受信できない場合は、連絡ください。
受信できるようであれば、時差の設定をしてください。(説明書P118)
リューズの下のところのボタンを8秒押して離します。次にそのボタンを1回づつ押して、秒針を56秒のところに合わせます。56秒は、お客様が住んでいるエリア(NY)のサマータイムです。
これで一度試してみてください。

Please push the button under the winding crown by using something sharp once and if hand of second is 10 second, you can receive the electric wave.
If you still cannot receive it, please let me know.
If you can receive it, please set a time difference. (Manual at page 118)
Push the button under the winding crown for 8 seconds and stop it. Next, push the button once respectively, and set the hand of second at 56 second.
The 56 second is summer time of New York where you live.
