1,刺繍の色が間違っている件
3月8日に私はピローケースにネイビー糸で刺繍を入れてくれと注文しました。
その注文のインボイスにはネイビーの刺繍と記載されています。
しかし、本日受け取った商品を見ると、白い糸で刺繍されていました。
写真を添付したので見て下さい。
なるべく早めに正しい色で刺繍した商品を送って下さい。

2,以前送ったメールの件
3月9日に送った、"〇〇"というタイトルのメールは読んでくれていますか？
以下に、もう一度内容を載せるので、答えられるものだけでも回答が欲しいです。

①About the color of the Embroidery .
I ordered a pillow case with embroidery in navy blue thread on March 8.
And "the color is navy blue"is also written on the invoice.
Very glad to receive the stuff today,but I think that I got one which with white embroidery.
Please confirm the attachment and resend the right stuff to me asap. Thank you!

② About the mail I have sent
Sorry to bother you! May I ask that did you read the mail was been sent on March 9, with the title"OO"?
