こんにちは、以前お取引させて頂いたタナカです。
カメラ(新品)を追加で購入したいと思い、連絡させて頂きました。

去年の年末まで商品を出品されていましたが、今後出品予定はありますか？
もし予定がないようでしたら、商品を取り寄せてもらうことは可能でしょうか？

私は日本のバイヤーで、1回限りではなく、今後も商品を購入していきたいと思っております。

I'm contacting you because I'm interested in purchasing an additional (new) camera.

You had had items for sale until the end of last year, are you planning to sell more in the future?
If you don't have any plan to sell items in the future, can I make a backorder?

I'm a buyer from Japan, and I'm not buying only once but rather looking for possibility of a long term business relation.
