I don't believe that this is enough to ship this to you First Class Mail International in a small box. If it is not I will send you a bill for the difference.
I think the amount billed is what it will cost. You agreed to pay for shipping when you bid on this item. To not charge shipping would be unfair to your under-bidder since they were willing to pay for shipping costs.
