商品をよく確認したが、どこを探しても見つかりません。
私は商品を10個と前回注文したときに違うチェーンが入っていた分の1個を注文しました。到着したのは商品10個でしたが、チェーンが1個不足しています。合計で2個足りません。すぐに送ってほしい。

I looked around everywhere, but cannot find a part of my order.
I ordered 10 pieces of one item, plus one chain which was on back order since you sent me the wrong chain with my last order. I received 10 pieces of the same item, but am missing one chain. I am missing a total of 2 chains now. Please send them to me as soon as possible. Thank you.
